Anais believes in making THE 3RD EYE the “escape” for clients that work with us. She focuses on agency growth and culture, and introduced a permanent hybrid workplace model at THE 3RD EYE — all while the agency staff doubled in just six months. Her career began in traffic management and then she found her place in account management for automotive, casual dining and retail clients, and won a Clio Sports Bronze for Ford’s Hispanic campaign during the World Cup.
